Michael Jackson (just don’t bother with his personal life), Bill Medley & Jennifer Warnes, Abba, Alicia Bridges, Barry White, Bee Gees, Patrick Hernandez, Cheryl Lynn, Chic, Donna Summer, Earth Wind & Fire, Gloria Gaynor, Hot Chocolate, Irene Cara, Isaac Hayes, Jackson Five, KC & The Sunshine Band, Kool & The Gang, Lipps Inc, Boney M., Sylvester, The Weather Girls, Trammps, Vickie Sue Robinson, Village People, Barry Manilow, James Brown.
Those were mostly disco from the 70’s and early 80’s. It’s quite fun. Here are some artists from the late 70’s and the 80’s:
A-Ha, Animotion, Berlin, Billy Idol, Blondie, Bonnie Tyler, Buggles, Cindy Lauper, Desireless, Devo, Eddy Grant, Europe, Eurythmics, Gary Numan, Stevie Wonder, INXS, Joe Jackson, Journey, Loverboy, Miami Sound Machine, Ricky Astley, Roxette, Squeeze, The Bangles, The Romantics, Wham, Yes.
Some Heavy Metal worth listening to is Iron Maiden, Metallica, Blind Guardian and Nightwish. I also enjoy a few others on those same lines.
Some of those are single-hit wonders.
