My dear daughter,
There is no karma, rule of 3 or any physical or universal rule assuring personal justice to everyone. Good and evil are human constructs related to the desired morals of a ruling group of a determined society during a specific time.
Human lives have negligible consequences to the Universe. We are probably making the planet inhabitable to humans (and a fair share of other species) and leading civilization to chaos, but those are different matters.
The lesson is, you shouldn’t be hindered by false morals, by fear of displeasing people, and you shouldn’t let yourself be driven by a desire to please people. By the expectation of being noticed or rewarded somehow. Have your well being in mind first and foremost.
If someone commits injustice towards you, don’t expect the Universe or somebody else to fix things. The Universe has no self-awareness – even if it had, we’re less than a grain of sand to it. The Universe owes you nothing, it just exists. Seek out your own compensation. Make things happen for yourself. Even if you are afraid, which is natural, be brave and stand up for yourself. You are your own woman.
And we have human-made democratic institutions to deal with injustice.
