Dear readers,
Just to make it clear: I wrote the last post back in 2019, when we had Operation Car-Wash and USA-backed Lawfare against the progressive field. They had arrested our former President during the electoral period in a baseless lawsuit, with made up charges and no evidence whatsoever.
Recently the Supreme Court had a key-role in maintaining Democracy and punishing those involved in a Coup attempt in the end of 2022 and beginning of 2023.
The Supreme Court and the Judiciary Power still have a lot of issues, but they have been very important in protecting Democracy against the advances of the far-right.
And they have been under intense attack for that.
